followed a pickup driven by Neis. The pickup was traveling erratically -- accelerating, then decelerating, and weaving both
over the center line and onto the right shoulder of the road. As the driver of the following vehicle pulled into the left
lane and attempted to pass, Neis's pickup swerved toward the left lane and then accelerated.
